Day 01 : Fly Delhi to Udaipur

Upon arrival a Rajput style royal welcome at the Udaipur airport with aarti, tikka & garlanding. Later, transfer to the Hotel by A/C Luxury coach. On arrival, check in at the hotel.
Lunch served at the Hotel with drinks included. Rest of the time to relax.
Evening, boat ride on the splendid waters of Lake Pichola.
To incentives, we propose the special theme of an Indian wedding in Udaipur at the most spectacular venues of HRH group of hotels.
It would be real wedding experience with all the ceremonies, woes, rituals, celebrations.
Today, we start the wedding celebration & the wedding takes place the following day.
The chosen venue for the pre wedding celebration would be the Zenana Mahal “the courtyard of the royal women”.
Sangeet / Indian Mehndi Night / Pre Wedding Celebrations at The Zenana Mahal
As the evening approaches, the guests prepare for the Mehendi Night and the excitement grows.
Rangoli with flowers is done at the entrance of the The Zenana Mahal, fairy lights are thrown over shrubs and the mashaals are lit up. Royal Welcome includes decorated horses with lance men, the Palace Band and rose petal showers a well-stocked bar lifts the spirit and snacks are served. As the evening progresses, the tempo of dance and music increases and the guest join in, to enjoy and celebrate. Our chefs give a final touch to the piping hot buffet with all its accompaniments in order.
Dinner is announced at the appointed hour. Overnight at the Hotel in Udaipur.

Day 02 :Morning visit the City palace complex , followed by a visit to the most beautiful garden of Udaipur “ Sahelion ki Bari”

The Durbar Hall Sabhagaar at the Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur, is beyond doubt one of the most majestic halls in India. It has witnessed formal Durbar or Royal Court sessions ever since it was built in the early 1910s during the reign of Maharana Fateh Singhji.
It is resplendent with opulent crystal chandeliers and historic velvet canopies; along its walls hang huge portraits of the Maharanas of Mewar, besides arms and swords of its famous icons like Rana Pratap. From the galleries that surround the The Durbar Hall, one gets a magnificent view of the Lake Pichola, Jagmandir Island Palace, Lake Palace and the Sajjangarh Palace. The Durbar Hall is a glorious venue for conferences, celebratory dinners and banquets. Multi-cuisine buffets or sit-down dinners can best be organised here to complement a Regal Wedding in Udaipur. Day 03 : Udaipur to Jaipur

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to the airport for your flight to Jaipur.
Arrive Jaipur & transfer to the Hotel by A/C luxury coach. Lunch at the hotel.
Today, the clients will we be taken to the place where we have a traditional Indian dress tailored for the gala event the following day.
The women would be given a readymade saree & the men Kurta Payjama, all with compliments & this attire would be worn by them during the Gala night at the Samode palace, the following day. The dresses would be delivered the next afternoon at the hotel to give enough time for dressing up.
This evening we host the most spectacular event, the sport of the royals of Jaipur “Elephant polo”, followed by an organic dinner at the Dera Amer.

Day 04 : Morning, sightseeing of Jaipur, including the Amer Fort, city palace

Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Today the venue for lunch shall be none other than the royal city palace itself, followed by the special visit to the city palace museums.
In between some time to explore the shopping opportunities in Jaipur.
Jaipur is much renowned for its Jewels, Handicrafts & Textiles.
Later return to the hotel to freshen up before the gala event hosted at the Samode Palace.
Dinner Venue: Samode Palace
Dinner theme: Festival of lights (Diwali)
Evening drive to Samode (1 hrs drive) & enjoy the most exclusive gala event at the samode palace, followed by the fireworks.
Later, return to the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 05 : Drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri ( 250 kms / 5 hrs )

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel in Jaipur & drive to Bharatpur (en route to Agra).
Today the lunch would be hosted at the Laxmi Niwas palace in Bharatpur. Post lunch, drive half an hour to Fatehpur Sikri, the fabled city from the great mughal era.
Later drive to Agra & check in at the Hotel. Time to relax after the drive.
Dinner venue: Hotel Jaypee palace
Dinner theme: Brij theme (authentic from the region, where Lord Krishna was born)
Brij theme is the famous local theme of Agra. This theme is related to the Vrindavan, which is just 70 kilometers from Agra. Vrindavan is the place where Lord Krishna used to enjoy dancing with Gopis, its called Ras Leela. This theme is also related to the celebration of Holi, the great festival of India whereby the men and women throw petals on each other and in turn a congenial atmosphere is created. After playing floral holi, guests sit together and enjoy the drinks and meals together. The theme is festival of colours (Holi)

AMBIENCE

An open-air venue is selected for this theme, where a stage is created for Brij dancers on the side of the lawn. In the center of the lawn a huge bon-fire is created. Rest of the seating is done in theatre style/ casual seating all around the Bon-fire. The guests are recommended to come in white kurta and pyjama. Bar tables and buffet tables are draped with colorful cloths and lights. When the guests arrive they are offered thandai as welcome drink.. While the bon-fire is on the artists specially called from Vrindavan perform the Rasleela, Lathmara Holi, Brij Dancers and entice the guests. Guests are encouraged by the performers to participate in the dance.

Day 06 :Visit the Taj mahal on decorated Tongas for sunrise

Spend a good couple of hour’s at the most magnificent monument, an edifice of eternal love as you guide takes you back to the history lane from the time of the mighty Mughals. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Time to relax after the breakfast & afternoon visit the Agra fort, the most majestic fortress that laid the foundation of Mughal dominion over Hindustan in the 16th Century.
Lunch at the Hotel.
A special visit to the marble factory, where the most intricate craft (Pietra dura), that ornated the Taj Mahal 350 yrs ago will be displayed.
Dinner venue: A different venue at the Jaypee palace
Dinner theme: Mughal party
An evening with a backdrop of a Mughal Court. Guests would be welcome by Chobedars (gate keepers) to the Dawatkhana (eating place)
Royal Welcome & traditional dance performances
Hostesses showering Rose petals and applying tikka according to the traditional welcome to the royal guests. The guests are seated in Traditional seating arrangements on the floor on mattresses and bolsters.
Return to the hotel after dinner.

Day 07 : A leisurely this morning and drive to Delhi

After leisurely breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Delhi.
Enroute, Lunch at the Rajasthan midway.
Arrive Delhi later in the afternoon. Check in at the hotel.
Evening, we do a temple tour of New Delhi, taking the guest to the temples of different faiths as Delhi is a smelting pot of various religions of the world.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08 :Sightseeing of Old & New Delhi

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing of Old & New Delhi including all the major high lights i.e Jama Mosque, Raj Ghat, Government building, Humayun’s tomb & Qutab Minar.
Lunch served at a local restaurant during the visits.
Dinner theme: Bollywood night
Dinner Venue: Kingdom of dreams
Return to the hotel after the event.

Day 09 : No activities / Departure as scheduled

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and transfer to the International airport for your flight back home.
