Each day of the trip is thought fully planned to give the group a memorable experience. Given is a sample of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS incentive programme. However, many others are possible which can be tailor made to suit the group or private clients in company's style and budget.

Day 01 : Arrive India

Assistance on arrival, Meet and greet the group with your company's display board. Embark into the air-conditioned deluxe coaches, which are kept ready. Transfer to hotel. Traditional welcome "Aarti" and garlanding with "Tikka" at the lobby and welcome drink while room keys are handed over to group leader. Group checks into rooms after wake up calls and breakfast time are intimated. Surprise gifts at bedsides in each room. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi

Morning: After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Old Delhi begins with a visit to Jama Mosque, the largest mosque in India, built in 1650 AD. This is followed by a drive past the Red Fort (Closed on Mondays) (1639-48), built by Emperor Shah Jahan, creator of The Taj Mahal. Later proceed to Raj Ghat - the site of the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Also, visit Birla Temple and Sikh Temple. Lunch at Delhi local restaurant.
Afternoon: Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi begins with a drive past Safdarjang’s Tomb (1753 AD) while we are on the way to the Qutab Minar (1193 A.D.). This striking medieval tower of victory, built by the slave dynasty, is 73 m high. Within the Qutab complex, amidst the ruins of Quwat-ul-Islam mosque stands the Iron pillar which has stood the Vagaries of weather and has not rusted for over 1500 years. Later drive through the Embassy area, Diplomatic enclave, stops for a quick photo shoot at India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidential Estate formerly Viceroy’s House) and Connaught Place, New Delhi’s main shopping area. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi / Udaipur (BY AIR)

Morning: After breakfast assisted transfer from hotel to airport for flight Udaipur. In Udaipur you will be received by our executive staff and transferred to your hotel in Udaipur.
Afternoon: Commence the sightseeing tour of Udaipur and visit City Palace museum; which houses a remarkable collection of ancient sculptures, curios, antiques and inscriptions of the bygone era and also unusual assortment of coins, sculptures, inscriptions, portraits and wall-pa intings with each room beautifully ornamented and decorated, the Jagdish temple; built in 1651, in Indo-Aryan style of architecture, the three storied temple comprises of beautifully carved pillars, decorated ceilings, painted walls and lush halls, Saheliyon Ki Bari(garden of the maids); according to legend this beautiful pleasure park was built by Maharana Singh II mainly for the recreation of 48 maids of his wife who had accompanied her as her wedding dowry, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir; this Indian folk arts museum has interesting exhibits that include folks dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folks musical instruments, folk deities and paintings and Jag Mandir; temple dedicated to Lord Jagdish.
Evening: enjoy the sunset cruise on Lake Pichola.
After the boat ride return back to your hotel and after a quick wash and change, return back to the hotel restaurant for a nice Rajasthani dinner served while a cultural show before/at the time of dinner would be organized.
Stay overnight at Udaipur.

Day 04 : Udaipur

Morning after breakfast commence the full-day excursion of Rankpur temples while passing lush green valleys, streams and heart capturing views before visiting Ranakpur. Renowned for its Jain temples with intricately carved marble Pillars and Domes, Ranakpur is amongst the five holiest places of the Jain community and exceptional in beauty. Tucked away in a remote valley in the Aravali ranges, it boasts of one of the largest and most important Jain Temples in the country. It has a four-temple complex which is famous for its peaceful and harmonious surroundings. The temples are believed to have been built in 1439 A.D. The temple rests on 1444 elegantly carved pillars, with no two being identical and the realistic sculptures of celestial nymphs playing the flute in various dance postures at a height of 45 feet are a fascinating sight to see. The two huge bells weighing 108 kgs each, whose sound echoes in the entire complex, add to the temple’s allure.
Afternoon: Lunch will be at one of the exquisite resort of the places.
Evening return back to Udaipur and get ready for evening dinner specially arranged for you.
Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 05 : Udaipur

Morning after relaxed breakfast check out and drive to Deograh. Afternoon: En route stop for lunch at one of the finest resorts. Continue for your drive to Deogarh. At a height of about 2100 ft above sea level, it is cooler than other parts of Rajasthan. The chief of Deogarh, known as 'The Rawat' was one of sixteen umraos (feudal barons) entitled to wait upon the Maharana of Udaipur, the capital of Mewar. These type of feudal estates, called 'Thikanas' were sanctioned by the ruling Maharana to a nobleman either due to blood relationship or for an act of valour. Deogarh is also famous as a school of miniature painting. Some Deogarh miniatures embellish the personal collection of the present Rawat Sahib. Frescoes of this art form can also be seen on the fort walls. The palace also has some interesting rooms to venture through - Sheesh Mahal - the colourful hall of mirrors, is one of them.
On arrival, warm and royal welcome awaits you at the gate of Deogarh Mahal. Check into your room and relax. You will be taken on a visit of this magnificent mahal and will be shown the difernt ares of the mahal, while the person accompanying shall brief you the history and signifance.
Evening a magnificent dinner awaits you at the open terrace with folk dances and puppet shows, where you can also try a move. Overnight stay at Mahal.

Day 06 : Deograh / Jaipur

Morning: Early morning jeeps will be ready to take you on a village safari. You will take a hlt neaby some lake where tea/ coffee snacks will be served.
After the visit return back to Deogarh Mahal and have your breakfast. Later check out and your drive to Jaipur continue. the first planned city of India, is a treasure-trove of culture, art and history, famous for its colour, life style and Rajasthani cuisine.
It is a city exuding royal heritage and extravagant richness. The historic city also has many temples and shrines. On arrival check in at the hotel, with remaining of the day at leisure to explore the Jaipur Bazaar. Enjoy hunting through the colourful and chaotic streets , shopping for souvenirs like silver jewellery, precious and semi-precious stones such as diamonds, topaz and emeralds, embroidered clothing and quilts, block printed textiles, lacquered brass work, leather footwear, miniature marble carvings and blue potteries. Besides shopping one can also watch the skillful artisans at work. While walking down the lanes you will also witness the cultural heritage of the city unfolding a legacy of the royal past. Overnight at Jaipur. (B)

Day 07 : Jaipur/Samode

Morning: After breakfast group departs for a tour of the Amber fort. Enjoy elephant ride from the base to the top of the hill on which the fort is situated.
Lunch at the fascinating ethnic village resort "Chokhi Dhani".
Afternoon: Later Visit the City Palace - the former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles. The Palace houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and armoury of Mughals and Rajputs including swords of different shapes and sizes with chiselled handles. It also has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit. Visit Jantar Mantar - a stone astrological and astronomical Observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh in the 18th century.
Evening: After the visit group departs for Samode. Group arrives at the village entrance where decorated camel carts await your arrival. The group will distribute itself and mount camel carts and the coach with baggage will drive up to the palace. The camel caravan escorted with 2 torchbearers to each cart and led by local musicians would commence its journey through the cobbled streets through the village. The group would get a firsthand insight into the quaint village life-style, the local village shops and houses, curious children waving greetings from the roof top and the friendly shy smiles from the conservative village belles. The trip is timed to reach the palace gate at sunset (40 minutes ride). On arrival the entire palace is lit up. They disembark and by now the excitement is loud and clear. The group then walks upto the palace entrance gate wherein village elders receive them with garlands and the village belles in full local attire shower rose petals on the group. The group enters the lobby where a huge floral logo of your group is carved out on the floor welcoming the group, room keys are distributed and the ladies are presented with colourful Rajasthani scarves while the male member would be presented Turbans. (Traditional Rajput head gear). They would be welcome to wear the same for the evening and the baggage transferred to the rooms.
Cocktails with prince Yadavendra Singh is arranged at the Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors) and later the group is seated in the Durbar Hall for a cultural evening extravaganza, The ambience created goes back to 600 years when the king and his lieutenants would sit on the cushioned floor and the dancers performed for entertainment. The group would be served drinks and dinner while the local dancer and musicians entertain. Members from the group would be invited to join the dancers. After dinner, coffee is served on the terrace. The group would be thrilled to see a fire work show against the stark naked mountain landscape and the grand finale lighting up your company's logo against the skyline. Overnight. Overnight stay at Palace.

Day 08 : Samode – Delhi Departure (B)

Morning: Morning free at the palace or trek up to the fort. The group would then ride camels to the royal orchards for lunch and thus be able to observe rural life-style and observe the rare and shy wildlife. Later
Afternoon: Later drive back to Delhi (6 hours approx.). On arrival in the evening, you will be assisted to the international airport for your departure flight back home or for onward journey.
