BUDDHA THEME - In the Buddha theme, a wedding is supposed to be a very quiet, soft and soothing location. For a Buddha theme, the wedding location has to be in the interiors of Goa away from any noise & traffic. Soft meditative but entertaining music playing mildly in the background is a must for a Buddha theme Goa Wedding. Buddha Statues and Sculptures if arranged at the marriage location in Goa, do a lot of help. Otherwise cut outs and special props have to be created for the Buddha scene.

ARABIAN THEME - In this theme, cut-outs and 3D props mostly from the Arabian Nights are done to give a feeling of Arabia. A Dessert like ambiance is created for the Arabian Theme. The stewards and catering staff are all dressed up like Arabs to complete the scene. A little bit of desert scenery with an Oasis in the middle is created to complete the effect.

OCEAN THEME - Ocean Theme is done for the beach wedding or for throwing a get together party which basically includes sea side creatures with the ambiance props to highlight the area with ocean colours.

MASQUERADE THEME - A Bollywood Theme is nothing but the best. It’s all about the glitz, glamour and glory of that one special moment where the wedding bride is the heroine in all her beautiful splendor and the groom her everlasting hero. The Bollywood wedding theme in Goa is a very studio like setup bringing memories of a certain Hindi Bollywood movie very dear to the wedding couple.

HAWAIIAN THEME - Hawaiian Theme Party is colourful with fruits, the guests are greeted with hostesses dressed up in Hawaiian outfit and welcome with floral garlands.

MOROCCAN THEME - This is one original theme dedicated to a country that is Morocco. This is an African country with lots of Arabic influences. This theme comes closer to the Arabian Nights theme but with a distinctive Moroccan flavor.

KRISHANA THEME - The Krishna theme represents Lord Krishna in different postures with the Banquet setup done up in traditional colours as shown in the pictures. Entrance is highlighted with the flute playing posture and the lighting is done with bright colours

 

RASTAFARIAN NITE - Rastafarian is a way of life that developed from Ethiopia under the King Haille Selassie. It gradually grew as an occult religion, but today it has more to do with Reggae music which is very popular in the Caribbean islands.

A mind-blowing venue setup in the vibrant Rasta colors. The Rasta king along with his Rasta troupe in ravishing costumes, march to the beat of the reggae music. The Rasta dance troupe in tune with the Rasta band performs the sinister voodoo dance. The entire evening holds you spell bound, for the sheer outlandish experience that the décor, the dances and the music provide.

 

JAMAICAN CARNAVAL

Carnival goes Caribbean...more mad, more exotic, more vibrant than ever before. A colorful, flamboyant extravaganza, set against the unmistakable beats of Jamaican music...Reggae and Pop dominate the scene, as the Carnival revellers in their gorgeous costumes and masks, throng the venue in the true Caribbean style.

As the dancers enthrall the audience with their dazzling performances, the Merry makers spread into the crowd, infecting everyone with their bonhomie and the crazy spirit of carnival. A Live Band strums up the most foot-tapping Jamaican numbers, to keep the guests swinging all evening long.

MASQUERADE BALL

The ultimate escape…the thrilling experience of losing yourself completely behind a mask,  assuming a new and exciting identity, the opportunity to be anything you want…from a fierce one-eyed pirate to a bumbling cheerful clown, indulge in your fantasies as you party like never before.

 

ROYAL RENDEZVOUS

The sheer taste of Royalty. A King’s welcome into Royal Palatial Courtroom ambiance.... regal seating arrangement, glamorous palace decor, the complete Royal treatment, for the guests to feel, cheer and be as merry as Kings. Drinks flowing like coins from a Royal treasury, and a delectable feast, spread for who else, Queens and Kings.

 

OCEANS OF FANTASY

An opulent stage and venue décor with waves and sea creatures, coral reefs and fishing nets creates the fantasy of an under water world, where the flamboyant King Neptune and his marine subjects welcome the guests into their realm. …its samba time!  A sizzling hot, hot evening straight from Brazil. Paint the night red as you sway to the delirious music provided by the Live Band. Swing to the tunes, in an exotic club setting, where everyone dances the Samba way!

 

GOAN VILLAGE SHOW

Recreation in villages is in the form of music and dance and that is where the true Goan life lies!  This village recreation is based on traditional occupations and social themes. Entertainment is designed well with the best of selected village folk music, village folk song and village folk dances. Survari a traditional tone setter with heavy emphasis on laya and taal of gumot and shamel with little lyrics.  The village dances Ghodemodhi, Goff, Talgadi, Dhangar, Mussalkhel, Jagor, Devlaynach and Fugdidhalo make a spectacular show much appreciated for its colours.

The incredible Gotham City bursts into life on a nite of psychedelic mayhem. One of the major parts of any incentive program is to give guests a cultural experience of the essence of India through special themed evenings. Some of these special events on offer are mentioned below.

Gangaur Boat Cruise
At one of the world's most romantic hotels, this is one night like no other. Take a tranquil ride in the antique royal barge of the House of Mewar. Under the canopy of stars relish Mewari specialties favoured by the Maharanas of Udaipur as you circle the mystical Lake Palace Hotel in Udaipur.

Indian village theme evening on the lawns of hotel
A mini village is re-created with colourful bunting, bamboo huts, comfortable seating on hand woven furniture, cots, benches and settees complete with bolsters, cushions and soft underlays. Village belles in traditional Indian attire shower rose petals on the entourage and welcome delegates in a very traditional style with “aarti - tikka - garland”. Villagers mingle with guests and display their traditional skills of pottery, puppet and doll making, “pichwai” painting, lac bangles, henna and appliqué work and metal work. There will also be a local magician, a blacksmith, a Ferris wheel, fire eaters, local entertainment and folk dancers. During the evening enjoy a splendid collection of cocktail drinks followed by dinner that will have a lavish spread of traditional cuisine.
